Kananook Creek – November 2016

On a very threatening day weather wise 8 keen paddlers set off from near the Riviera to paddle down to Seaford Road. It was good to see almost all of our club’s kayaks in use. Brian, Stephen, Carol & Joy were quickly on the water. Followed by Clare, Carmel & Ross who had to borrow club life jackets. Many ducks were sighted along the creek. Mosquitoes bothered Carol but it was good to see all paddlers keeping together. Light rain began to fall as we finished our trip and Tony was there to help paddlers out of their craft.
Thanks to all for a great paddle Dennis.
